1What we collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver our research service:

Information you provide directly

• Email address — to deliver reports and samples.
• Brief data — industry, region, decision, deadline, hypotheses you submit via the order form.
• Telegram username — only if you choose Telegram for clarifications or delivery.
• Payment metadata — transaction confirmations from Payoneer, Stripe or crypto rails. We do not store your card numbers or wallet keys.

What we do NOT collect

2How we use your data

Your information is used exclusively for:

• Delivering reports — producing and sending the research you commissioned.
• Sample requests — when you ask for a free sample.
• Client communication — clarifications, status updates, final delivery.
• Payment reconciliation — issuing invoices and confirming receipts.

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising or profiling. We will never sell, rent or trade your information.

3AI processing

Your brief data is processed by AI tools (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) to assemble the analysis, charts and recommendations.

4Storage & security

• Email and brief data live in password-protected systems accessible only to the operator.
• Briefs and finished reports are retained up to 12 months after delivery, unless you request earlier deletion.
• No card numbers, no crypto private keys, ever.
• All file transfers go through encrypted channels (TLS email, Telegram E2E).

5Third-party processors

• AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) — for analysis & report generation, under their data-processing terms.
• Payoneer / Stripe / crypto rails — payment processing.
• Web3Forms — brief submission relay (data passes through, not stored long-term).
• Telegram & email providers — communication and delivery.

No advertisers, no data brokers, no resellers.

6Your rights

Regardless of jurisdiction, you can:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Erase your data at any time.
• Port your data in a machine-readable format.
• Object to processing.

EU / UK residents

• Legal basis: contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — we process to fulfil your order.
• Data controller: Aleksey Spinov, sole proprietor.
• Transfers: data may be processed outside the EEA via standard contractual clauses with our service providers.
• You can lodge a complaint with your local DPA.

Russian residents (FZ-152)

• By submitting data, you consent to processing under Federal Law 152-FZ «On Personal Data».
• Consent can be withdrawn anytime by emailing us.

8Retention windows

• Email addresses — until you ask for removal.
• Briefs & reports — up to 12 months after delivery.
• Payment records — as required by tax / accounting law.
• Communication history — duration of relationship + 6 months.

9Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Updates are posted on this page with a revised date. We recommend periodic review.
