We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver our research services:
Information you provide directly
- Email address — to deliver reports and sample documents
- Research brief data — your industry, target market, research questions, competitor names, and other project details submitted via our order form
- Telegram username — if you choose to communicate or receive delivery via Telegram
- Payment information — transaction details from Payoneer or cryptocurrency payments (we do not store your full payment credentials)
Information we do NOT collect
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, Google Analytics, or any third-party analytics tools. We do not require user account registration. We do not collect browsing behavior, IP addresses, or device fingerprints.
2 How We Use Your Data
Your information is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Delivering research reports — to produce and send your commissioned market research
- Sending sample reports — if you request a free sample via email
- Client communication — to clarify brief details, provide updates, and deliver final reports
- Payment processing — to confirm and reconcile payments
We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
3 AI Data Processing
Your research brief data (industry, questions, competitor names) is processed using artificial intelligence tools to generate market analysis, data visualizations, and strategic insights.
All AI-generated outputs are reviewed and verified by a human analyst before delivery. Your brief data is used solely for the purpose of producing your commissioned report and is not used to train any AI models.
4 Data Storage & Security
- Your email address and brief data are stored in secure, password-protected systems accessible only to the service operator
- Research briefs and completed reports are retained for up to 12 months after delivery, unless you request earlier deletion
- We do not store credit card numbers or cryptocurrency wallet addresses
- All file transfers (reports, samples) are conducted via encrypted channels (email with TLS, Telegram's encryption)
5 Third-Party Services
We may use the following third-party services in the course of delivering our research:
- AI language models (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) — for data analysis and report generation. Brief data may be transmitted to these providers under their respective data processing terms
- Payoneer — for payment processing. Payoneer's privacy policy governs data they collect during transactions
- Telegram — for client communication and report delivery, subject to Telegram's privacy policy
- Email providers — for report delivery and correspondence
We do not share your personal information with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
