Full refund — if the delivered report does not meet the requirements outlined in your brief.

We Review Your Case

We'll compare the delivered report against the original brief. If the report falls short, we'll offer a full or partial refund — typically within 24 hours of your request.

Once approved, we process your refund via the same payment method you used. See timelines below.

Payoneer 5–7 business days

Crypto (USDT) 1–2 business days, returned in USDT at current rate

Crypto (BTC) 1–2 business days, returned in BTC at current rate

Crypto (ETH) 1–2 business days, returned in ETH at current rate

Cryptocurrency refunds are always returned in the same token you paid with, at the exchange rate on the day of processing.

⚠️ Exceptions & Important Notes

✖ No refund after revision is accepted. Once you confirm that the revised report meets your requirements, the order is considered complete.

✖ No refund after 7 days. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

✔ Incomplete brief? If you provide an incomplete or unclear brief, we'll request clarification. If the brief remains incomplete, your included revision round(s) will be used before refund eligibility applies.

✔ Express package: Since there's no revision round, you're eligible for a full refund if the report doesn't meet the brief — no questions asked.
