The promise: data you can defend, or your money back.

If, after delivery and one revision round, the conclusions don't pass your defensibility bar — full refund, no questions asked. We've refunded 1.2% of clients in 4 years. We'd rather lose a fee than ship a report you can't stand behind.

1When you can request a refund

  • Conclusions you can't defend — sources are weak, numbers don't reconcile, or the recommendation isn't backed by evidence. After 1 revision round.
  • Late delivery beyond SLA — >50% past package deadline (e.g., Express delivered >36h instead of 24h).
  • Scope misalignment we caused — we confirmed scope, then delivered something materially off.
  • Order cancellation before work starts — full refund within 1 hour of payment if work hasn't begun.

Money-back also applies to delays caused by us — see Terms §4: 20% refund for any SLA miss within our control, 100% refund if delay exceeds 50% of SLA.

2When refunds don't apply

  • The market changed after delivery. The report was accurate at the time of writing — markets shift. We'll discount a refresh, not refund the original.
  • You changed your decision after seeing the data. The point of research is to inform decisions — including changing them.
  • Outcomes didn't match a forecast. Forecasts are probabilistic, not promises. We disclose confidence intervals — that's what they mean.
  • More than 30 days passed since delivery. After 30 days the report is considered accepted.
  • The brief was incomplete and you refused to clarify, leading to scope drift.

We attempt a fix first

If issues are fixable (better sources, sharper analysis, additional context), we do a free revision round within 48 hours. If you accept the revision, the refund request is closed.

If unresolved → refund issued

If the revision doesn't satisfy you, we issue a full refund through the original payment rail. You keep the report (we don't claw it back) — your honest feedback is enough.

4Refund methods & timing

  • Stripe / cards: 3–7 business days.
  • Payoneer / wire: 1–3 business days.
  • USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20): same day, network fee deducted.
  • RU cards (Tinkoff / Sber): 1–5 business days.

Refunds go to the original payment source. Currency conversions, where applicable, use the rate at the time of refund.

5Partial refunds

In some cases we issue partial refunds — typically when the report is largely usable but specific sections fall short. Partial amounts are proportional to the affected scope. We document the math in the refund email.

6Reservation of rights

Repeated refund requests across multiple orders, abuse of the policy, or fraudulent claims (e.g., refund + reusing the report for paid work) terminate this guarantee. We log every refund and pattern-detect over time. Honest disagreement is welcome; gaming the system isn't.

7Consumer-protection rights

EU / UK / US consumer-protection laws are not waived by this policy. If your local jurisdiction grants stronger protections, those apply. Russian consumers — see ФЗ «О защите прав потребителей» / FZ «On consumer protection».

8Refund request
