1 Service Description

ResearchSprint (hereinafter "Service", "we", "us") is an AI-powered express market research service operated by Aleksey Spinov as a sole proprietor. We provide desk-based market research reports compiled exclusively from publicly available and open-source data.

Our reports may include, but are not limited to: market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, trend identification, customer segmentation, and strategic recommendations. All findings are supported by source citations.

2 Service Packages

We offer the following service tiers:

3 Ordering Process

1. The Client submits a research request by contacting us via email, Telegram, or any other communication channel listed on our website.
2. We review the request, clarify the scope and objectives, and confirm the appropriate service package.
3. Upon mutual agreement on the scope and package, the Client proceeds with payment.
4. Work commences upon confirmed receipt of payment. The delivery countdown begins at the moment of payment confirmation.

4 Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of work.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Payoneer
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

Payment instructions and wallet addresses are provided upon order confirmation. The Client bears all transaction fees associated with the chosen payment method.

5 Delivery

Reports are delivered electronically in HTML and/or PDF format via email or an agreed-upon communication channel.

Delivery timelines are measured from the moment of confirmed payment receipt:

• Express: within 24 hours
• Standard: within 48 hours
• Deep Dive: within 72 hours

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., exceptionally complex topics, limited data availability), we will notify the Client promptly and agree on revised delivery terms.

6 Revisions & Refund Policy

Revisions

• Standard and Deep Dive packages include one (1) round of revisions at no additional cost. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of report delivery.
• Express package does not include revisions due to the accelerated timeline.
• Additional revision rounds beyond the included scope may be arranged at a mutually agreed fee.

Refund Policy

• A full refund is available if we fail to deliver the report within the agreed timeframe without prior notification.
• For the Express package, a money-back guarantee applies if the Client is materially dissatisfied with the report quality. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with a written explanation of the deficiencies.
• Refunds are not available for reports already delivered and accepted, or for dissatisfaction arising from market conditions or data that do not support the Client's preferred conclusions.

7 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives an unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the delivered report for any lawful purpose.

White-label: Reports can be delivered without ResearchSprint branding at no additional cost. The Client may rebrand the report as their own work product.

ResearchSprint retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable elements of the research methodology and general market data for portfolio purposes, unless prohibited by an NDA.

8 Confidentiality & NDA

We treat all Client information and research briefs as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose Client data to third parties.

A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request at no additional charge. Please contact us prior to sharing sensitive information if an NDA is required.

9 Limitations of Liability

Our reports are based on publicly available data and AI-assisted analysis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information presented, we cannot guarantee that all data is error-free or exhaustive.

• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific report in question.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.
• The Client assumes sole responsibility for decisions made based on our reports.

10 Disclaimer

Market conditions, regulations, and data availability change rapidly. Reports reflect the state of information at the time of research and may become outdated. We are not obligated to update previously delivered reports.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the services provided, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via email correspondence.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or applicable court proceedings as determined by the governing law.

12 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For international clients, the parties may mutually agree on an alternative governing jurisdiction.

13 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
