of Service.

1What we deliver

A market research report (PDF + editable DOCX), based on the brief you submit and the package you order. Three packages exist: Express ($300 / 20 000 ₽ / 24h), Standard ($400 / 35 000 ₽ / 48h), Deep Dive ($500 / 50 000 ₽ / 72h). Page counts and inclusions are listed on the home page.

Reports are written in English or Russian (your pick). Source materials may be in any language we can verify.

2What we don't do

• Field surveys requiring custom panel recruitment (we use existing data, not new primary research).
• Audited financials or legally-binding due-diligence opinions.
• Investment advice or trading recommendations.
• Research on illegal activities, weapons, hate content or anything violating Anthropic / OpenAI usage policies.

3Order & payment

• An order is placed when you submit the brief form and we confirm scope (within 1 hour during working hours).
• Full payment is required before work starts. Repeat clients may request payment-on-delivery.
• Accepted payments: Wire, Payoneer, Stripe (cards), USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20). Russian clients also: Tinkoff / Sber card, RKO.
• Prices in USD are billed in USD; prices in RUB are billed in RUB. We do not auto-convert.

4Turnaround & delays

Turnaround clocks start after payment is received and brief is confirmed. If your brief lands at 18:00 and payment at 20:00, the 24-hour clock starts at 20:00.

Outside our control: missing brief details, slow client clarifications, third-party API outages (Anthropic / OpenAI), force majeure. We pause the clock and notify you.

5Revisions & scope

• Express: no revision rounds included. Surface bugs (typos, broken charts) fixed for free within 48 hours of delivery.
• Standard / Deep Dive: 1 round of revisions within 7 days of delivery, scoped to the original brief.
• Out-of-scope additions (new region, new vertical, new sub-question) are billed separately at $80/hour or 3 200 ₽/hour.

6Refund policy

Money-back guarantee on conclusions. If, after delivery and one revision round, the conclusions don't pass your defensibility bar — full refund. See the refund page for the full process.

7Intellectual property

• Once paid in full, the report is yours — you can publish, modify, share or quote it freely.
• ResearchSprint retains the right to mention the engagement existed (industry & region only, no specific names) for portfolio purposes — unless you opt out via NDA.
• Source data, raw datasets and intermediate AI outputs remain ResearchSprint's working materials and are not part of the deliverable.

8Confidentiality & NDA

Standard NDA available on request, signed before brief intake. Without an NDA, we still treat your brief, data and findings as confidential — never sold, shared or republished. Source materials are wiped 30 days after delivery (or earlier on request).

9Limitation of liability

Reports are research, not investment advice. We make no guarantees about market outcomes, business success or financial returns based on report use. Maximum aggregate liability is capped at the package price you paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.

10Acceptable use

By engaging us, you confirm you are not commissioning research for: illegal activities, sanctioned entities, weapons / dual-use, predatory lending, fraud, or any application that violates Anthropic or OpenAI usage policies. We reserve the right to refuse or refund-and-cancel any brief at our discretion within 1 hour of intake.

11Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of business. Any dispute is first addressed via good-faith negotiation (email, then call). If unresolved within 30 days, parties may pursue mediation before litigation. Consumer-protection rights of EU/UK clients are not waived.

12Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new revision date. Active orders are honored under the terms in effect at the time of order confirmation.
